Had an amazing time with my friends. The staff were super friendly and helped with our seamless transfers between two great spots. The location is perfect, near Hoan Kiem Lake, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend taking advantage of the airport transfer. it made everything easy!
The only downside was the noise from the park. On weekends, the street sellers were quite loud, which may disturb light sleepers.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious room with a stunning view of Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring our comfort and recommending fantastic local spots to explore. Breakfast was a delightful treat, cooked to order and served with a smile.
My kids wished for a larger pool area for some fun family time.

Perfectly Cozy Getaway!
The location is super close to the lake, which made exploring the Old Quarter a breeze. The breakfast was really good, with tons of options. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. Just a heads up, the restaurant gets packed on weekends, so plan ahead if you want to eat there.

Wonderful stay in a prime location
I spent three nights in a Deluxe Double or Twin Room right in the heart of Hanoi. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to both the Old Quarter and the French Quarter. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Ms. Kieu, who went out of her way to assist us during our stay. However, the street noise could get a bit loud at times, so consider earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
The room I booked offered no real views due to surrounding trees.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, exploring Hanoi with ease thanks to the convenient location. The staff's warm hospitality made our family feel at home, especially Minh Tuan's restaurant tips that led us to a hidden gem nearby. The breakfast selection was delicious and satisfying for all ages.
My children wanted more activities in the hotel, like a small play area.

Cabins are clean and cozy with a prime location just across from a scenic lake. Perfect for walkers, it’s only a short stroll to the vibrant hustle of the Old Quarter.
The room I booked promised a beautiful view, but I barely caught a glimpse of the city, let alone the lake. While one pillow was comfortable, the second felt like a block of foam, making for some awkward sleeping arrangements. Breakfast seemed pricey at $15, so I opted for nearby bakeries that had better local prices and flavors. Lastly, a premium water charge at dinner had to be sorted out, which didn’t sit right with me.
